It appears that the Jacksonville Jaguars have decided to release John Henderson. The two time Pro Bowl veteran has opened up the field to look for more players to complement the incomplete teams that are still remaining within the market. This opportunity means that Tyson Alualu has a golden chance to make a career for himself if he chooses the transfer model very well. The moves are bound to cause a bit of stir because they open up the NHL Hockey field and give other people the opportunity to buy and sell the players that they think will improve the prospects of their teams in the long run. In two thousand and nine there was a very low sacks rate that ranked as amongst the lowest in the history of the game. It remains to be seen as to whether this move will shift the goalposts towards easier transfers for the player who are interested.
Transfers have long been considered to be part and parcel of the NHL Hockey review and development process. They enable the teams to get rid of the NHL Hockey players that they deem inappropriate for the team at any particular point in time. However they also provide an opportunity for building the NHL Hockey teams with the new blood that is meant to sustain them in the future. The franchise and community nature of NHL Hockey today mean that unilateral transfers are not really the thing at the moment. The expectation is that there will be a certain level of consensus between the different parties before the transfer can fully be implemented. This consensus is meant to ensure that there is a fair distribution of NHL Hockey players among the different teams and that the teams have an opportunity to build a certain level of competence from the beginning.
One sincerely hopes that the NHL Hockey transfer system will not descend into the fuss that we see in football where the managers seem to be eager to show off how much money they have spent on the transfers and the impact on the bank account.
